Leadership Roundtable - Growing through Adversity to Handle Life’s Obstacles
Stephanie Knox, Stephanie is from the Gila River Indian Community and grew up in Parker, Arizona, with her Mohave family. She started working in the casino and gaming industry in 2002 and became a PBX operator at Gila River Resorts & Casinos in the summer of 2010. In 2022, she joined the management team, where she is responsible for overseeing daily operations, project and financial planning. With 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is committed to overcoming challenges and navigating life's obstacles.
Stephanie finds joy in spending time with her three children. Her oldest son is studying at the University of Arizona, while her other two children are in high school. She loves to travel and seek new experiences and is dedicated to building strong connections and making meaningful changes within GRRC. In her free time, she works with nonprofits and advocates for mental health awareness and coaching individuals on their career path, showing unwavering dedication in all her endeavors.
