Vendor and Exhibitor Registration Update
Registration delayed one day!
We appreciate your interest in participating in this year's Native American Women's Conference. Please note that vendor and exhibitor registration has been delayed and will now open on July 2st.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. When all tables have been sold, we can add you to a waitlist.
This year's conference spans two full days, offering excellent opportunities for exposure. We plan to have two primary vendor/exhibitor tiers (see photo to right):
Tier 1 - Main Hallway: 24 tables located directly in front of the main conference ballroom, offering high foot traffic.
Tier 2 - Atrium: 10 tables situated between the conference area and the Hotel/Casino, providing a distinct and accessible space. If your table is located in Tier 2, please be aware that you may be required to tear down your booth on Thursday evening and set up again on Friday, November 7th.
We understand the anticipation and are working diligently to finalize all arrangements. We will send out a detailed announcement with registration links and pricing information closer to July 2nd. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
